Sotiria Theocharidi, Consul of Greece in Edirne, visited our Chamber on Wednesday, November 7, 2018.

Our Chamber’s Assembly President Erdim Noyan, Chairman İzzet Volkan, Deputy Chairman of the Assembly Umut Güngör, Vice Chairman of the Board Hüseyin Ersoy, Treasurer of the Board of Directors Kaya Kumyol, Members of the Board of Directors; Cem Tunalı, Mehmet Manav and Secretary General İbrahim Karağöz welcomed the visitors.

Expressing his satisfaction with the visit, our Chairman İzzet Volkan said that; “As the people of Çorlu, we make frequent business and touristic visits to Greece. Greek and Turkish people are two societies that have the same values and are very close to each other. Thanks to the social organizations that have taken place in recent years, our cultural ties are getting stronger and we observe that our future relations will increase even more. There are many common sectors in which commercial cooperation can be done between Turkey and Greece. As Çorlu Chamber Of Commerce and Industry, we are always ready to work together to increase the trade volume between our countries and to develop cooperation between the two countries.

Theocharidi, the Consul of Greece – Edirne said that ; "We, as the Greece - Edirne Consulate, are pleased for the cooperation that we will be  established between the two countries, especially with regard to the development of commercial relations."
